Meet Lisa Swanger

Hi, I’m Lisa Swanger, a certified Holistic Life, Career & Executive Coach and founder of LS Collective LLC.

I work with professionals who care deeply about what they do—and who may be finding that the weight, complexity, or pace of the work is becoming harder to carry. They may be navigating a new leadership role, difficult workplace dynamics, competing priorities, uncertainty, or simply a season when the way they’ve been doing things no longer feels like it’s working.

I understand that tension because I’ve lived it.

Grounded in Systems, Centered on People

My professional career has been rooted in mission-driven work across nonprofits, government, and cross-sector partnerships. I’ve led complex initiatives focused on environmental and social impact, managed multi-year projects and six-figure budgets, facilitated collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and supported strategic planning in high-stakes environments. I currently serve as Director of Outreach & Education for the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays, part of the National Estuary Program, working at the intersection of science, education, and policy.

I know what it’s like to hold competing priorities, navigate systems that can move at both breakneck speed and a snail’s pace, support a team while managing your own responsibilities, and care deeply about work that matters. I also know that caring deeply can sometimes make it difficult to step back, think clearly, or leave the work at work.

That experience is part of what brought me to coaching.

I’ve had the privilege of receiving 1:1 executive coaching myself, including working with Henna Pryor, a TEDx speaker, executive coach, and workplace performance expert. During periods of challenge and transition, I experienced firsthand the value of having dedicated space to step out of the noise, reflect honestly, think through difficult situations, and consider how I wanted to lead and live.

That experience, combined with my professional background and training as a holistic coach and yoga instructor, shapes how I work with clients today. I bring a whole-person perspective while staying grounded in the realities of the systems, organizations, and responsibilities people are navigating. Coaching with me is reflective, practical, and centered on the person behind the role—not just the problems they’re trying to solve.

Across my career, the throughline has been the human side of systems-level change: fostering trust, supporting thoughtful dialogue, navigating complexity, and helping people find a way forward without losing sight of what matters to them.

I believe meaningful work matters. I also believe the person doing that work matters.

You don’t have to care less. You may just need a different way of carrying the work. That’s the space I’m here to support.
