Meet Lisa Swanger
Hi, I’m Lisa Swanger, a certified Holistic Life, Career & Executive Coach and founder of LS Collective LLC. I coach mission-driven leaders and professionals navigating complexity, uncertainty, and responsibility—helping them lead with intention and resilience while staying aligned with themselves.

My work is shaped by years of real-world experience across nonprofits, government, and cross-sector partnerships, where I’ve led large-scale initiatives focused on environmental and social impact. As a senior program manager and strategic communicator, I’ve managed multi-year projects, six-figure budgets, facilitated collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and supported strategic planning in high-stakes environments. I understand what it’s like to hold competing priorities and work within systems that move at both breakneck speed and a snail’s pace—while carrying the honor and pressure of mission-driven work. As a mother and certified yoga instructor, I bring a grounded, whole-person lens to my professional coaching—one that understands the need for resilience, balance, and compassion in everyday life. This lived experience forms the foundation of my coaching approach.
Grounded in Systems, Centered on People
I currently serve as Director of Outreach & Education for the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays—part of the National Estuary Program—working at the intersection of science, education, and policy. Across my career, the throughline has been the human dimensions of systems-level change: fostering trust, supporting thoughtful dialogue, and helping people navigate complexity with care and clarity.

Mission-driven work asks a lot of leaders—holding urgency, responsibility, and uncertainty while striving to create meaningful impact. Having worked within those realities, and having received executive coaching during periods of challenge and transition, I understand how powerful it is to have dedicated space to reflect, deepen self-trust, and lead with greater intention—even when circumstances feel demanding or misaligned. I’ve had the privilege of receiving 1:1 executive coaching myself, including working with Henna Pryor, a TEDx speaker, executive coach, and workplace performance expert. That lived experience shapes how I coach today: grounded, empathetic, and centered on supporting leaders as whole people within the systems they influence.

Over time, a clear calling emerged to use my experience, knowledge, and passion to support others—especially during times of profound change and uncertainty. This work grows from a simple belief that when leaders are supported and aligned, their impact extends far beyond themselves.
